This Thanksgiving season, the Holland Farmers Market invites you to join us in giving back to our community. From November 1 through November 22, we’ll be collecting healthy, non-perishable food items to support our friends at the Community Action House Food Club, helping ensure that no one in our community goes hungry this holiday season.
Each time you bring a donation to the Market, you’ll be entered to win a Holland Farmers Market gift basket filled with Market merchandise and $100 in Market Bucks gift certificates! Donations can be dropped off at the front desk inside the Civic Center vestibule during Market hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and you can enter once per day each time you donate.
If you forget your donation, don’t worry—you can still participate! Simply purchase Market Bucks (minimum $5) to receive an entry into the giveaway. All Market Bucks purchased this way will be donated directly to Community Action House, helping stock their Food Club with fresh produce and locally made foods.
With the ongoing federal government shutdown affecting SNAP benefits, our neighbors need our support more than ever. Every can, box, or dollar makes a difference. Together, we can help fill shelves, brighten tables, and strengthen our community this Thanksgiving.
The giveaway winner will be selected on Monday, November 24 and notified by phone and/or email. Thank you for helping make this season a little brighter for everyone!
