How It Works
Children ages 12 and under are invited to join the Power of Produce (POP) Club at the Holland Farmers Market, in partnership with AlignWell Chiropractic! As part of the program, children can receive coupons to spend on healthy fruits and vegetables and get rewarded for visiting the Market multiple times throughout the year!
As part of the POP Club at the Holland Farmers Market, children can visit the Alignwell Chiropractic tent on Wednesdays or Saturdays from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm to pick up a POP passport. Every time children visit the Market they can get their passport stamped and receive a $2.00 coupon to spend towards the purchase of fruit and vegetable of their choice at the Market. Children can visit up to ten times to get their passport stamped and get a $2.00 coupon, for a total of $20 in coupons each year. After completing their passport, they will receive a fun POP prize package, that includes a water bottle, vinyl stickers, fidgets, and more.
The Power of Produce (POP) Club program was founded by the National Farmers Market Coalition to provide a fun opportunity for children to engage in the local food system through conversations directly with farmers, educational games and demonstrations, and exposure to new fruits and vegetables. The program also allows children to make their own shopping decisions at farmers markets, by providing them with vouchers to spend at the market. The Farmers Market Coalition (FMC) provides tools, guides, and templates to help communities engage younger customers in the farmers market experience through POP Club.

The Power of Produce Kids Club and Bridge Card Incentive Program at the Holland Farmers Market are proudly supported by our annual Community Outreach Partner, Alignwell Chiropractic. You can visit their booth at the Holland Farmers Market every Saturday to learn about the chiropractic services they offer and to thank them for supporting the Market!
