Wok Me Up Food Truck got its start in October 2023 with the goal of introducing authentic Asian cuisine to the local community.

They joined the Holland Farmers Market Food Court in 2024, bringing fresh and delicious food options to regular customers and visitors alike.  With a rotating menu that includes mouth-watering options like beef bulgogi, spicy pork, and fried chicken rice bowls, along with teriyaki tofu and a Japanese tonkatsu, it’s no wonder they’re one of the area’s most popular food trucks.
