The Beard and The Gal
Gina and Cory Mitchell are a husband and wife duo with over 15 years of experience running restaurants, including their own brunch restaurant in Nashville.
They closed the restaurant in 2020, moved closer to home to welcome their son Nash, and founded The Beard and The Gal to allow them to pursue their passion for all things brunch without the demands of a brick and mortar restaurant. They started their own private catering business and then joined the Holland Farmers Market family in 2021, where they sell their own line of sourdough and assorted artisan breads, bagels, biscuits, and more as well as schmears, dips, and sauces to go with them. They also sell Dutch pigs in a blanket, savory soups, and the occasional sweet treat too.
