Sweet Everlastings began over 35 years ago with a simple flower called…the sweet everlasting.

Dorothy Hollemans got her start using dried flowers to decorate straw hats and soon began making dried flower wreaths, centerpieces, sachets, and more. Sweet Everlastings has been delighting customers with their beautiful dried flower arrangements to the Holland Farmers Market for over 25 years. Dorothy and her husband Bernie grow almost all of the flowers used in their designs (with the exception of their lavender buds)  from seeds in a greenhouse, before transplanting them outside on their quarter acre garden, nurturing them as they grow, and then carefully picking and drying flowers in a long, but rewarding process.
