Skinner Homestead Acres in Fennville has been in the Skinner family since 1919.

David Skinner’s grandfather bought the farm and cleared the old orchards to raise livestock and sell eggs through the mail to Chicago. He soon planted new orchards on the 50 acre farm and today, Dave grows apples, berries, peaches, plums, flowers, and tomatoes on the farm. Today, travelers come from Chicago to the farm each fall to stock up on apples, including their popular Evercrisp variety.
