Simpatico Coffee was founded in 2010 by local coffee aficionado Alex Fink.

They started selling coffee beans and ground coffee locally and now the business has grown to include two coffee shops, two coffee trucks, and online sales of over 1,000 pounds of coffee each week.  Their beans are sourced in Mexico and locally roasted to provide their customers with smooth, low-acid coffee experience. At the Market, they serve hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks at their food trunk, along with smoothies, light breakfast bites, and bagged coffee.
