Mud Lake Farm has been in Steve Van Haitsma’s family for over 120 years.

In recent years, they have focused on making hand-crafted beverages from the plants they grow on the farm, including a variety of cordials, root and ginger beers, sparkling waters, and herbal teas under the brand of St. Steve’s. They grow plants that not only taste great and are pesticide free, but that have health benefits as well. We process everything on the farm from sodas, and sparkling waters, to cordials and teas using their own plants. They love learning how their products have impacted their customer’s lives in a positive way or just hearing “their sodas are amazing” from passersby at the Market.
