She started The Seasoned Greek in 2010, to share authentic Greek recipes and offer private catering. Soon after, Greek to Go was created to offer take and bake options for the public, so you can experience the spirit of Greece at your kitchen table, wherever you live! At the Holland Farmers Market, they offer traditional Greek favorites like Baklava, Spanakopita, and Tiropita.
