Flagel’s Sugar House was started in 2003 as a hobby by two brothers who were plumbers by trade.

Darren and Ken Flagel built a sugar house around a commercial evaporator and became licensed with the State in time for the 2005 maple season. With ever increasing sales to stores, restaurants and farmers markets, and addition of honey production, Flagel’s Sugar House became their full time job in 2010. At the Market, they sell Pure Maple Syrup, Maple Candy, Pure Raw Honey, and more.
