Ed Raak of Dutchman Orchards started out with a simple wagon selling freshly-grown fruit on the side of a country road.

Now owned and operated by the second generation of the Raak family and led by son Jim Raak, Dutch Farm Market has grown to include a bakery, ice cream shop, and u-pick farm in South Haven. At their Holland Farmers Market stall, you’ll find fresh apples, peaches, cherries, and strawberries, along with a variety of salsa, jams and jellies, honey, and maple syrup all bearing the likeness of their easily recognizable “Dutch Man.”
