Tom VanDokkumberg is a retired City of Holland firefighter who’s now known for the best hot dogs in Holland.

He started his hot dog stand as a retirement gig (much to his wife’s chagrin) selling Dokk’s Firehouse hot dogs and brats with all the toppings at the Holland Farmers Market. Today, you can even find his toppings, including Dokk’s Z-Relish, First Alarm Mustard, Firehouse Ketchup, and Original Hot Sauce, on local grocery store shelves.
