The Carve IV

Like to play with your food? Then this is the event for you! For the first time ever, culinary students from schools across the nation will compete in a national fruit and vegetable carving competition. The students will show off their creative talent and carving skills while creating works of art with produce from the Market. A team of professionals will judge whose sculptures are a cut above the rest.

Come check out the action on Friday and Saturday as the carvers compete and vote for your favorite piece in the People’s Choice competition. On Saturday, kids can join in the fun by assembling their own fruit and vegetable sculptures. The Carve IV is proudly sponsored by Alpenrose Restaurant and Visser Farms.
