Gallafe

Gallafe makes Filipino steamped buns, or siopao. Gallafe started as a food blog around 2015. At the suggestion of others, the idea of starting a Filipino food pop arose. That same year, Kultura Festival hosted by Filipino Kitchen in Chicago had its first event. They partner with Amethyst Bee Cakery to operate from their location. Using their kitchen space allows Gallafe to produce steamed buns to sell at local markets, do meal pop ups, and occasional specialty orders.
