Chef Repp’s passion for food began in his teen years, working in local restaurants in the Holland and Grand Rapids area. Before joining the team at Hops, Repp was a sous chef at the White House Bistro of Saugatuck. Today you will find Repp at Hops where he loves working with fresh local ingredients in creative ways to make an inspiring experience for the local patrons.
