Rob graduated from New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Since then he has worked at several restaurants around the nation, until he found his home in West Michigan. Here he has worked at restaurants including The Sandpiper, Till Midnight, Clearbrook Golf Course and the South Haven Yacht Club.

Rob feels very fortunate that his family also shares his passion of good food…and it turns out his wife and two daughters are his biggest critics!
