Chef Mike Kenat is the Chef de Cuisine of Salt of the Earth located in downtown Fennville, MI. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of Michigan in Muskegon, MI with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Food and Beverage Management. There he had become very involved in competitive cooking and has placed in 10 different competitions.

Mike was awarded Holland Sentinel’s Best of the Best 2016 in the local chef category and was nominated again in the top five for 2017.
