Jammin with Marguerite

The lost art of jam making has inspired Marguerite Riker, owner of Jammin with Marguerite, to bring it back to life. A little over four years ago she began developing new and unique flavors for artisan jams, jellies and marmalades. She started with some simple flavors and then added her own twist. Since the beginning she has used her own recipes or those that were handed down from her great grandmother. She started out with 12 recipes and now it exceeds 60 plus varieties.

Marguerite uses the finest ingredients so there is very little or no added sugar. There are no preservatives in any of her creations. She uses hand-picked fruit and if she is unable to pick the fruit herself, she purchases it right at the Holland Farmers Market.
