Chris Gibble


A native of Pittsburgh, Chef Chris Gibble experienced his culinary calling while working in the Rocky Mountains of Montana. Initially, Chef Gibble experimented at home with traditional comfort foods and delectable desserts. After moving to the Grand Rapids area, he started his culinary career working for TSO Catering where he developed the art of Garde Manager.

He has worked for several Catering and Events companies, including his current role as executive chef for CityFlatsHotel. When not at work, you will find Gibble enjoying the outdoors or cheering on the Pitssburgh Steelers.
