Chef Andy Stewart was born and raised in Kalamazoo, MI and has over 35 years experience in fine dining, full service dining and regional and national food service. Andy comes to Fustini’s from a private fine dining club in Kalamazoo and has worked throughout the state of Michigan and in New York City. Mostly trained in French and Italian cuisines, Chef Andy loves the quality and variety that Fustini’s brings to the kitchen.
