Chef Ed Westerlund has over 40 years of experience in the culinary industry including studies at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. His career includes working as the Executive Chef at the Sandpiper in Holland for over a decade and as the Corporate Test Kitchen Chef at Gordon Food Services. Now he and his son Andrew work side by side in the kitchen and as owners of Waverly Stone Gastropub in Downtown Holland. Much of the inspiration for the Waverly Stone Gastropub menu comes from Chef Ed’s annual travels to cities like New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago while working for Gordon Food Services.
