Matthew Pietsch, Chef and co-owner of Salt of the Earth in Fennville and Principle Food & Drink in Kalamazoo will be exploring the delicious and flavorful benefits of cooking with by-catch, or species of seafood caught by accident.

During the Chef Series at the Holland Farmers Market, local chefs, caters and vendors demonstrate how to make simple and healthy dishes using fresh Market ingredients. The Chef Series is held at 10:00 am every Saturday from May 20 – September 9.
